We are very proud to announce a conference highlight this autumn: the ‘Leonardo da Vinci’ conference on the ‘Valorisation of project results for blind and Visually Impaired People - ValorVIP’, which will take place from 20th to 21st September 2007 in Graz, Austria.
The conference will bring together experts in the field of vocational education and training for blind and visually impaired people and representatives of projects, institutions, organisations and the target group itself from throughout Europe to
- present and disseminate EU-project results;
- optimise valuable network resources;
- provide essential valorisation opportunities.
Focussing on the demand for innovative concepts and approaches to reduce barriers in vocational education and training for blind and visually impaired people, this conference will be a platform for insights, products and results from EU-projects. A number of thematically focussed workshops within the conference will examine the various barrier dimensions and perspectives and match and analyse project results.
The conference will be an excellent opportunity to present own projects and to network with other project partners, promoters, national and EU representatives, and representatives of the target group itself. Since sustainability is a key issue in EU projects, valorisation is strongly requested. The ValorVIP valorisation and networking conference will give project promoters and partners the unique possibility to actively disseminate and successfully promote their own projects.
